The new cake being launched is the Granola. This cake can be enjoyed as a nutritious breakfast or anytime snack, as it is packed full of toasted granola, fruit & seeds.

Judith Keating, the Marketing Manager of Traybakes, said: “We’ve developed this Granola recipe with our eye firmly on health and nutrition.

“In taste tests, it proved to be a winner with everyone who tried it.”

The Farm Shop and Deli Show is a specialist retail event which brings together hundreds of speciality suppliers from all over the country.

The show is being held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 24th-26th April 2017. Traybakes can be found at Stand E99 for the duration.
