Join Age UK at their free Fit for Life Event where there will be talks and demonstrations throughout the afternoon on Mindful Meditation, a Seated Exercise Class and Falls Awareness .
They are also offering a sloppy slipper swap. Bring along your old slippers and the first 50 people will receive a new pair completely free!
Have a go at using an Amazon Kindle and get online and there will be advice on hearing loss and benefits. The physiotherapy team from Westmorland General will be there also to offer functional fitness tests.
