Derek Tweddle, Managing Director of Tweddle Engineering, is supporting the Aspatria Festival of Remembrance.
Derek has created a figurine out of mild steel that has been profiled, welded and spray painted.
Cumbria Profiling Ltd cut the figure to shape using their laser cutting machine.
The figure is on display at the church in Aspatria as part of the Remembrance Festival.
The Remembrance Festival at St Kentigern’s Church in Aspatria is fundraising for Blesma and Blind Veterans UK.
Tweddle Engineering are based in Kirkbride, Wigton with staff and customers from both West Cumbria and Carlisle areas.
The engineering company design, manufacture and install bespoke plant and equipment from a covered workshop of over 4700m2 situated on a 5-acre site.
