A unique dining experience will be on offer next month at Simon Rogan’s Henrock Restaurant.
From Wednesday April 14 for five weeks only, the restaurant at Linthwaite House, Bowness, will open the Spring Terrace Pop-Up.
The dining experience on the terrace, overlooking the hotel’s landscaped gardens, and views overlooking Windermere, will take place in a large canvas marquee, equipped with heaters and blankets, has been installed.
It will be open Wednesdays to Sundays, with reservations being taken between noon and 8pm.
The team has created comfort food favourites inspired by Rogan’s favourite dishes from countries around the globe, while utilising local produce as much as possible.
Accompanying the menu will be a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, made using seasonal ingredients from Simon Rogan’s Our Farm and selected suppliers from across the region.
Places are strictly limited to guarantee social distancing, adhere to current guidelines, and must be booked in advance. Call 015395 36362.
Henrock is set to reopen fully from Monday May 17.
