A lamb has been killed by a dog in the South Lakes.
Police are investigating the case of sheep worrying, which happened on Saturday between 10am and 11am at Low Bank Side, Cark in Cartmel.
It was reported that the body of the lamb was removed and placed behind a tree.
Police are looking for either the owner of the dog or anyone who witnessed the incident to come forwardand contact police on 101 quoting log number 288 of 22nd May 2021.
