Glossop North End have signed the former Workington striker Louis Potts after a scoring debut for them.
Potts, 19, joined Reds last season after being released by Preston North End where he had been a regular scorer for the youth team.
But he made just 11 appearances for the Reds, mostly from the bench, and scored one goal. He actually started in the FA Trophy tie at Glossop.
He decided not to re-sign for the Cumbrians but after scoring for Glossop in a friendly against Prestwich last Saturday has now decided to put pen to paper for North End.
Lancashire-based Potts was among four Workington players who decided to move on. Jay Kelly, Jordan Holt and Liam Brockbank were the others.
