As an Employer Liaison Officer, you will be expected to develop effective and sustained working relationships with employers to secure employability opportunities for autistic and disabled participants.
As part of the Triple A Team you will provide a flexible, high quality service, and, in return, receive training and mentoring support from one of the world’s leading authorities on disability inclusion – James Emmett & Company.
You will identify employment opportunities for participants whilst actively promoting the services of the programme to a wide range of stakeholders.
You will have responsibility for liaising with employers to source vacancies and opportunities as well as provide inwork support for participants.
You will have responsibility for identifying and establishing contacts with local employers through innovative outreach and marketing activities to promote the Programme, its services and the benefits of recruiting its participants.
Salary: Starting at £21,000
Hours: 37 hours Per Week (flexible working, job share opportunities available)
