A Barrow man has denied a charge of sexual assault.
Stefan Hincu appeared before magistrates in Barrow on Monday and denied a charge of sexual assault against a woman aged 16 or over.
The charge relates to an alleged incident on June 22 in Barrow.
Hincu, of Harrison Street, will next appear before magistrates on January 21.
The 52-year-old was bailed ahead of his next court appearance.
