
A Carlisle United forward has taken to social media to explain his involvement in an altercation outside a city-centre bar.
Omari Patrick was among two Blues players who were spoken to by police after an incident outside Walkabout on Botchergate.
No further police action was taken against the players, who are both subject to internal disciplinary procedure and sanctions at their club.
Patrick tweeted the following this afternoon (February 21):
