
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after the fire service was called out to a blaze in Carlisle.
Officers said a fire broke out in the back garden of a home on Priory Road on April 1, after a group of youngsters had been spotted ‘ playing with firelighters’ at about 7pm.
The fire caused damage to property in the garden.
Anyone who has any information or who may have seen anybody in this area at the time of the incident are asked to come forward.
