Lindisfarne Story to return to Lake District

After sell-out shows at Theatre by the Lake, Lindisfarne Story will return to Keswick this year with their classic folk sound.

Frontman Billy Mitchell and founder member Ray Laidlaw will celebrate the 50th anniversary of their groundbreaking second album Fog on the Tyne, which topped the UK charts for six weeks in spring 1972.

They’ll tell the band’s amazing story from Whitley Bay to Frisco Bay, with a combination of songs, video, tell tales and of course, scurrilous gossip. The night will be a real insight into the history of the band and the talented individuals that have forged many fantastic songs over five decades.

Show details

Friday, May 13 at 7.30pm at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick

Tickets: £23.50
