
Three people will appear at court next month as part of the Ryan Kirkpatrick murder investigation in Carlisle.
The three people charged are:
- Ross Neville, 31, of Canonbie, Dumfries & Galloway. He is charged with three counts of assisting an offender.
- Michael Celmins, 32, of Irthington, Carlisle. He is charged with two counts of assisting an offender and one count of handling stolen goods.
- Olivia Memmory, 22, of The Oval, Cummersdale. She is charged with two counts of assisting an offender.
All three have been bailed and are scheduled to appear at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Thursday June 9.
The charges are the latest update in an ongoing investigation. Mr Kirkpatrick was killed in Carlisle city centre on September 18 last year.
