Two masked men broke into two Bowness venues overnight on Wednesday.
Police are investigating the incidents, which took place between 2.45am and 3am, at the Lake District National Park Information Centre. They also broke into the Lakes Diner, on Glebe Road, where cash and cigarettes were stolen.
The men were wearing tracksuit bottoms and gloves.
