A Lake District farmhouse is set to go under the hammer at auction later this month.
Middle Bleansley, in the Lickle Valley, is up for auction on July 21 for an overall guide price of £455,000.
The traditional white-washed three-bedroom farmhouse has many original features, including an ornate storage cupboard with the engraving 1687 William Hartley & Elizabeth Hartley that part divides the lounge, exposed beams and some original plank floorboarding.
It will be sold at Victory Hall, Broughton-in-Furness and H&H Land & Estates has brought it to market.
Middle Bleansley is being sold as a whole or in two lots.
Lot 1 includes the house, detached outbuilding, the garden and grounds, covering 0.650 acres, with a guide price of £450,000. Lot 2 is 0.616 acres of amenity woodland on the opposite side of the road and has been given a guide price of £5,000-£10,000.

Rachel Bagshaw, head of land agency (South Lakes) at H&H Land & Estates, said: “This is a fantastic Lake District property located within the and it is ideal for someone looking to escape to a quiet rural location.
“The house and grounds are a great foundation for modernisation and would allow buyers to make it their own by fully using the potential of the property. With the increasing demand and lack or rural real estate for sale of this calibre, we expect it to be a much sought-after property.”
