Barrow Raiders’ fleet-footed winger Tee Ritson is currently the leading try scorer in the Betfred Championship.
Ritson, 26, raced in for his 21st try of the season in Sunday’s Championship clash at the Leigh Sports Village against the high-flying Centurions.
He is in his fourth season with the Raiders, his eighth as a professional having previously spent two years at both Workington Town and Newcastle Thunder.
Ritson, an international for Thailand, was originally a graduate of the old Cumbria Storm Academy before he signed for Town.
His form, particularly this year, has prompted speculation that he might be in line for a chance in Super League with his name being linked with astep-up.
Comfortable at full-back, he has settled into the wing berth now and has developed a fine partnership with Hakim Miloudi at the Raiders.
With Ritson on 21 tries, Nene MacDonald (Leigh) and Anthony Thackeray (Sheffield) are closest to him in the scoring charts.
