Lanes of the M6 between Sedbergh and Tebay are closed following a collision.
Our colleagues at Cumbria Road Watch are reporting that the incident involves a HGV, which has gone through the central reservation and overturned.
It happened about 7am.
Two lanes are closed northbound and one lane closed southbound between J37 (Sedbergh/Kendal) and J38 (Tebay).
Cumbria Road Watch say the road may need to be closed completely to recover the HGV.
