Kells A proved too strong for Seaton A in the final of the CARL Division One Cup when they won 52-0 at Egremont.
Seaton A had been up against it, only being able to field one substitute and the task was made even harder when they had centre Lewis Mason sent-off.
Kells were able tpo bounce back after the disappointment of losing to Wath Brow A on Tuesday evening in the semi-final of the Amateur Cup.
Just as they did on that occasion they established an 18-0 but they were in no mood to relinquish that advantage and when Mason walked just before the hour they ran away with the game.
Seaton had competed strongly at the start and Kells didn’t get in front until the 16th minute when Grant Gainford crossed and Harry Watson added the exttras.

Harry Watson, who was to emerge as man of the match, scored two tries in the 25th and 32nd minutes which were converted by Jake Parker for the interval lead of 18-0.

Two minutes after the restart Watson completed his hat-trick and Parker converted.
Parker went over on 50 minutes, Sam Murtagh went in on the hour and Watson added his fourth after 67 minutes.

There was still time for further touchdowns by Kieran Fleming and Dan Starkie while it was Watson who landed the last four conversions.
