
A 24-year-old man has been injured after an assault in Barrow.
The man, who believed he was targeted due to his disability, told police he was attacked at around 1am on Roose Road.
The victim suffered facial injuries as a result of the assault.
A witness said there were three men in the area, one of which was the suspect who assaulted the victim.
The suspect was described as white, about 6ft 1in, of stocky build, wearing white Nike Air Force trainers and a black bobble hat.
