
The Riverside Hotel in Kendal has been sold to Interesting Hotels Group, with a guide price of £4.5 million.
The purchase of the 58-bedroom hotel sees the Interesting Hotels Group portfolio extend to eight hotels, with other sites across England and Wales.
The Riverside Hotel is in the centre of Kendal on the River Kent, beneath the ruins of the town’s 12th century castle, and was brought to the market on behalf of South Lakes Hotels Limited, by hotel sector specialists Colliers.

The popular hotel includes extensive public areas, including bar and restaurant, meeting spaces and attractive leisure facilities, as well as town centre car parking.
