Police asked people to avoid a layby on a South Cumbrian road after concerns for the welfare of a person there.
Officers were on the scene at the layby on the A590, west of Haverthwaite yesterday, June 15, in the afternoon.
Police asked people to stay away from the specific location if possible while the incident was ongoing.
It is understood the situation was resolved, although that was not confirmed by police.
