Cumbria have named their side to play Berkshire in the NCCA One Day final at Wormsley on Sunday.
Chris Wright, who has been prominent in this One Day campaign is playing for Leicestershire over the weekend while former skipper Gary Pratt has club commitments.
It means that there are four changes from the Cumbria side which lost to Berkshire in last year’s final.
Freddie Fallows, Ed Moulton, Drew Postlethwaite and Sam Sharp are in the team replacing Brodie Glendinning, Finlay Richardson, Marcus Stables and Paul Hindmarch.
It will be the fourth final in a row that Cumberland/Cumbria have faced Berkshire, and lost the previous three.
Only three players remain from the county’s first appearance in the final in 2019 – skipper Michael Slack, Matthew Sempill and Sam Dutton.
Just three of Sunday’s side will be appearing in their first final – Fallows, Moulton and Postlethwaite.
The team is: Michael Slack (Carlisle, capt), Freddie Fallows (Kendal), Sam Dutton (Furness), Ben Walkden (Newton-le-Willows), JJ Fielding (Southport & Birkdale), Matthew Sempill (Cockermouth), Ed Moulton (Chorley), Nico Watt (Carlisle), Drew Postlethwaite (Haverigg, wk), Sam Sharp (Cockermouh), Matthew Siddall (Cockermouth).
Tickets are being sold through the eventbrite website.
They are being sold at £10 in advance (£12.50 on the day), children free.
There will be a selection of food and drink options around the boundary, including hospitality, which consists of a two-course meal. Drinks are charged separately.
