Holmen Iggesund Cumberland ARL winners Distington will meet runners-up Wath Brow A in the top four final.
They will go head-to-head next Saturday at Hensingham after successfully emerging from the two semi-finals.
League champions Distington proved too strong for Lowca, winning 44-4 while Wath Brow A were taken much closer by Kells A, finally getting home 16-6.
Lowca, who will feel an encouraging season has been rewarded by reaching the top four semi-final, were just about still in it at half-time although trailing 16-4.
But Distington powered away in the second-half, adding 28 points without reply to book their place in the final.
Jamie Friel, Stephen Clarke, Gavin Martin, Lewis Whitehead (2), Tyrone Dalton, man of the match James Motum and Jack Penrice scored the tries for a Distington side who will be playing their trade in the Conference League next season. Stephen Clarke kicked six goals.

Mitchell Todd, who scored the Lowca try, was named as their man of the match.
The second semi-final was always much tighter. Kells A led 6-4 before the Hornets A team edged in front 10-6 at the break.
Then the only score of the second-half came after a Kells sinbinning in the 72nd minute.
A couple of sets later Wath Brow’s Jamie McCallister picked up the ball on his own 10 metre line and danced through the Kells line, making nearly 60 metres before being tackled.

This gave the Brow field position which allowed Daley Stables to scoot over from short range to give the Brow a ten-point advantage with only five minutes of the game remaining.
Luke Spivey and Clarke Riley had scored first-half tries while Jenson Olstrum and McCallister landed a conversion each.

Bailey Morton had scored the try which briefly gave Kells an advantage with Aaron Burns adding the conversion.
James Dixon was named man of the match for Wath Brow with Will Ennis taking the honour for Kells.
