Beer, music and food festival at Newton Reigny’s Sun Inn

The Sun Inn in Newton Reigny is holding a beer, music and food festival next month.

Landlords pledge there will be something for everyone at the event on Sunday, May 5.

Starting at 2pm, the festivities will continue until 10pm.

For beer lovers, there will be a fully stocked bar, an additional trailer bar, and a range of local craft beers on sale.

Foodies will be able to enjoy Cumberland dogs topped with fried onions and served with fries (£10), Smash burgers – smashed beef burger loaded with cheese, bacon and salad and served with fries (£10) and loaded fries and flatbread – fillings of pulled beef, diced lamb, chicken tikka or a Hog roast (£10)

Fries on their own are £4.

The Sun Inn, Newton Reigny

Live music during the day will be provided by Adam Day from 2pm, The Flooks at 5pm and The Folkin Teachers from 7pm.

Tickets to the event are £15.
