Police searching for a man missing since April have found a body near a quarry.
The body was found shortly before 1.30pm on Wednesday, June 5, near Middle Barrow Quarry, Silverdale, near Carnforth, after a call from a member of the public.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
The family of Nigel Redshaw, who was reported missing in April, have been informed.
