There are two newcomers to Regional 1 North West in Stoke-on-Trent and Newport (Salop) both providing long trips for the Cumbrians.

Penrith will visit Newport on September 28 while Kendal make the trip into Shropshire on December 7. As for Stoke-on-Trent, Kendal go there on January 11 and Penrith visit on March 1.

The first Cumbrian derby will be staged on November 30 at Mint Bridge with the return at Winters Park on March 8.

In Regional 2 North promoted Counties Cumbria champions Carlisle start at home to Durham City while the other four Cumbrian sides will be geared-up for two county derby games.

Aspatria, under new coach Andrew Brown, travel to Kirkby Lonsdale while Upper Eden host Keswick.

With five of the 12 teams from Cumbria there will be county clashes quite a few weeks, highlighted by September 14 when Carlisle entertain Kirkby Lonsdale and Aspatria travel again, this time to Keswick.
