Kendal Town have re-signed Patrick Allington for a second time on dual registration from Lancaster City.
It’s just over 12 months since Allington switched to Parkside Road from the Giant Axe and proved a huge success.
The 28-year-old first joined Lancaster in September 2022 from Holker Old Boys when he was signed for the Dollyblues by current Workington boss Mark Fell.
Kendal Town have expressed their thanks to Lancaster City for their co-operation
Mintcakes manager Jimmy Marshall: “I’m delighted that Pat has decided to return. He was outstanding for us last season and became a huge part of the dressing room. He’s a quality player who should fit straight back in with ease.
“We’re in good shape at the moment and I feel it’s important to strengthen whilst doing well, which this signing will certainly do.
“I’m pleased to get him back and look forward to him pulling on the shirt once again.”
