A West Cumbrian clothing firm, loved by outdoor enthusiasts across the globe, is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
EDZ, based in Maryport, specialises in merino wool clothing and accessories for the outdoors.
The company is run by husband and wife team Chris and James Tilleard from an Edwardian era warehouse in the town.
EDZ sells direct to customers through its website and there is also a factory shop at the warehouse.
James started the business after being made redundant from the construction industry.
Since the first production run of fleece jackets, which were made in Maryport, the company has established a reputation for producing top quality outdoor clothing and accessories.
Over time the range has evolved away from man-made fibres to wool. EDZ has a growing following of customers of all ages, from mountaineers to motorcyclists, it said.
