An online calendar has been released for waste and recycling collections in north and West Cumbria.
Cumberland Council said it has released the next four months of collections, which people can download, bookmark or print out.
Householders can check the dates for June through to the end of September by entering their postcode and clicking on their home address from the drop-down options.
More changes to collection dates are planned in late September and people are advised to continue checking, as they may be subject to change.
Changes were introduced to waste and recycling collections on Monday, May 26 in the former Allerdale area and people are urged to check the dates of pick-ups.
As a result of changes, around half of all Allerdale properties had no waste collection this week.
Part of the change meant that people could request a larger 80 litre bin – the council said it had received over 10,500 and is continuing to deliver them.
Due to the large number of requests, people are advised to carry on using their existing bin and to recycle as much as they can. If they can’t fit all their waste into the bin, they can put out up to two bags of excess waste.
People who have provided an email address when requesting a replacement bin will be contacted a day or a few days before the delivery, the council added.
Households may also be eligible for an even larger or extra bin if they have a large household, young children in nappies or your household produces extra waste due to medical needs. Apply at www.cumberland.gov.uk/waste/largerbin
