Penrith hope that pacey full back Chloe Grisedale will recover from a knee injury in time for the game. Otherwise Penrith have a full squad to select from.

Penrith prepared for the final with a tough friendly at Hartlepool United Ladies. The score remained goalless after a hard-fought first half. Penrith took the lead in the 65th min through Sophie Nutter however it was Hartlepool that finish the strongest with 2 goals in the last 10 mins to claim a 2-1 victory.
