[P]olice are looking to speak to the man pictured in connection with an incident of public order against children, which took place on July 6th (Thursday) at McDonalds in Carlisle.
He is described as a white male, with dark ginger / brown hair and a beard, and was wearing a patterned t-shirt and light blue shorts.
Anyone with information or who could help us identify the man pictured is asked to contact police on 101 and ask to speak to PC 1335 Christie, at Carlisle, quoting log number 104 of July 6th.
