[P]olice are investigating an assault which took place in Heysham Park, on Wednesday, 9th August 2017, at 8:50pm.
A girl was pushing a child in a pushchair through the park, when she has been involved in an assault involving a group of youths.
The victim, a 17-year-old, local, girl received minor injuries.
Police are seeking any witnesses to this incident.
