[P]OLICE are appealing for information after a man exposed himself in the street in Penrith.
The incident happened in Mill Street in Penrith at around 8.40pm on 12 September 2017.
The man was witnessed by someone looking out of her window.
The description of the offender is a white male, wearing a green jacket. He was around 5ft 7ins in height.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw anything suspicious.
