[T]WO men accused of a heroin supply crime have appeared at Carlisle Crown Court.
Samuel King Billions, 22, and 23-year-old David Oladimeji each face one charge which arises out of the stoppage of a car in the city last month.
The charge alleges that they were jointly concerned in making an offer to supply a quantity of class A heroin to another. This is said to have occurred between October 13 and 18.
During a short crown court hearing today (MON), Billions and Oladimeji each pleaded not guilty to the charge via a video link from custody.
The London-based pair were told by Judge Barbara Forrester that their trial will take place in the week of February 19 last year. It is estimated the hearing will last two to three days.
In the meantime Billions, of Victoria Park Road, and Oladimeji, of Cranston Estate, both Hackney, were remanded in custody by Judge Forrester.
