Police appeal after Carlisle shed burglaries

[P]olice are investigating two garden shed burglaries in the Carlisle.

The first was in Yewdale Road, where two mountain bikes were stolen from an address between 20:00 hours on 04/12/2017 and 07:00 hours on 05/12/2017.

The bikes have been described as being a ‘Orange 5’ mountain bike which is metallic grey in colour with black writing on and a ‘Voodoo Whodoo’ mountain bike which is bright blue in colour.

The second was in the in the area of Durdar Road, near to the Racecourse.

Two bicycles were stolen from an address between 22:00 hours on 04/12/2017 and 08:00 hours on 05/12/2017.

The bikes have been described as being a ‘Giant Talon 4’ road bike which is white in colour with green writing and a ‘Giant Defy’ mountain bike which is graphite grey in colour with bright yellow writing.

Anyone with information about the Yewdale Road incident should contact police referencing incident number 36 of 5 December 2017.

Anyone with information on the Durdar Road incident should contact police referencing incident number 33 of 5 December 2017.
