Police appeal after Carlisle off-licence incident

Police want to speak to this man

[P]olice would like to speak to the man pictured in CCTV footage as part of enquiries into an incident that occurred in a Carlisle off-licence.

A man entered the Bargain Booze store on Scotland Road and asked the store assistant to open the till. He subsequently left the store following being refused. The incident occurred at 7pm on 30th January.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured in CCTV as part of their enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident.

Anyone with any information is asked to email 101@cumbria.police.uk or call 101 and ask to speak to DC Sarah Boustead quoting incident number 221 of the 30th January 2018. Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
