[P]olice are investigating an incident which occurred on Globe Lane, The Lanes, Carlisle, between 4pm and 4.15pm on Thursday 15th March 2018.
There was a reported disturbance in the area involving a large group of youths and a number of Lanes security officers.
Police are seeking witnesses to this incident, and are keen to speak to anyone in the Lanes who saw or heard a disturbance.
