Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault which occurred at 3:00pm on the 23rd of October on the corner of Arnside Street and Silver Street, Barrow.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The offender is described as a man of medium build with short grey hair and has been arrested in relation to this offence.
“The male victim sustained facial injuries.”
