Acclaimed Indie Rock Band British Sea Power, based in Brighton but with strong Cumbrian roots, are hosting a fun-packed Krankenhaus Festival at Muncaster Castle from the 6th to 8th September.

The Band have just released a few limited day tickets for locals who don’t want to miss out but wish to join the hundreds of fans staying for the whole weekend and enjoy at least some of the myriad of top artists and performers invited by the Band to party the weekend away.

Most of the Festival will be focussed in the large barns at Muncaster Home Farm and as well as British Sea Power headlining the event there will be performances from Bo Ningen, Snapped Ankles, Rozi Plain, Pictish Trail, Penelope Isles, Will Burns & Hannah Peel, Squid, DJs Steve Davis & Kavus Torabi, Poet Laurette Simon Armitage, Stephen Morris (New Order) and many more.

Day tickets will include access to all of Muncaster’s daily attractions and much more besides. Camping is available on Muncaster Estate during the Festival for those buying the whole weekend package. A few weekend tickets are still available but are selling fast. The weather forecast looks good!
