A project information hub for the Pooley Bridge replacement bridge project has opened at the Ullswater Steamers shop and information centre in the village.
The hub is located at the back of the shop and provides a range of information about the new Pooley Bridge project.
The original concept design bridge model from Knight Architects is on display at the hub together with images of what the final structure will look like once it is completed next year.
The hub also has short video presentations from Cumbria County Council and the bridge project team, the main contractor Eric Wright Civil Engineering, designers and architect discussing the progress of the bridge. Footage can also be viewed of the temporary bridge being lifted into place and an update from the steel fabricators, WEC.
Forms are available for anyone who would like to provide feedback on either the information hub or project.
