A West Yorkshire man has appeared before North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court charged with three- counts of rape.
Aaron Christoper Benjamin Miller, 38, of Oakroyd Drive, Brighouse, Calderdale, entered no-plea to three accusations of rape, one alleged offence took place in Carlisle on September 26, 2018, and between
August 1 and 31, 2017 two allegations of rape.
As these alleged offences are indictable only and have to heard by a Crown Court, Miller will appear at Carlisle Crown Court on November 25, he was granted conditional bail until then.
