Let the games begin! With the Kendal Calling line up announcement revealed to be taking place on Monday 27th Jan at 6pm, Kendal Calling Goes To The Arcade as 2020’s theme is officially unveiled ahead of the festival’s 15th birthday celebrations this summer.

Expect gaming delights at every turn, from a retro arcade game tent, crazy challenges, life-size table football, legendary characters, the costume parade and retro sports day fun all setting up shop across the weekend.

So if you know your Action Man from your Pac-Man, your football from your Fußball, it’s time to grab your kit and get going – the Arcade is open for business and the games are only just beginning.

The 2020 theme follows 2019’s storming ‘Kendal Calling Goes Jurassic’, and is the first detail to emerge from the festival’s mammoth plans to mark the 15th Birthday of the beloved festival.

Since beginning life in 2006, Kendal Calling has stood as a jewel in the UK festival crown – leading the way when it comes to the booming festival summer. A coming together of music, arts, comedy, entertainment and more, Kendal Calling has lead the way for hundreds of emerging artists and iconic names alike – becoming one of the most in-demand festivals in the country in the process.

With a who’s who of incredible names taking to the stage at Lowther Deer Park over the years, 2020’s lineup promises to rise to the occasion for its biggest weekend to date. Fans won’t have to wait much longer, with the first names for Kendal Calling 2020 being revealed exclusively on Absolute Radio next Monday (January 27th) at 6pm.

For those who have registered at https://www.kendalcalling.co.uk/, presale festival tickets will then be on sale from 10am on Tuesday January 28th, with general sale tickets released and on sale from 10am on Wednesday January 29th.

Regularly selling out in record time, expect Kendal Calling 2020 to be their most in-demand edition to date – a celebration of 15 spectacular years in the fields, looking back at the festival’s incredible history while looking ahead to an even brighter future.
