
Police are investigating after a driver almost collided with a pedestrian before pulling out on a cyclist – causing them to fall off their bike.
Officers are probing an incident of driving without due care and attention, that happened at about 5pm on March 9 in the area of Sunray Terrace, Lazonby.
A black Ford Kuga had driven out of a communal driveway onto the B6413, almost colliding with a pedestrian in the process.
The vehicle then pulled out in front of a cyclist, who was cycling downhill at the time of the incident, causing them to fall off their bike.
