Police are probing a theft after a vacuum cleaner that fell from a Mercedes was taken.
Officers are investigating the incident in the vicinity of Parkhouse Road, Carlisle, between 2.15pm and 2.30pm yesterday.
It is reported a woman has recovered a black and pink Vax Airlift vacuum cleaner which was still in its box that had fallen from a black Mercedes.
It is believed that the woman was seen walking off towards the Next and Hobbycraft car parks.
