Oxygen therapy was administered to a patient after a fire in Eden.
Three fire engines attended the U3175 at Askham to a fire involving a wood-burning stove.
Crews were called shortly before midday yesterday and were at the scene for about 45 minutes.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that one casualty was administered oxygen therapy by crews.
