Three fire engines were called to tackle a kitchen fire at a domestic property in a Cumbrian village on the outskirts of Carlisle.
Shortly before 4.30pm yesterday crews attended Toddhills in Blackford to a two-storey domestic property, with the fire caused by an oven.
North West Ambulance Service attended to provide precautionary checks to occupants of the property.
Teams were at the scene for one hour.
