Appeal for information after ‘man pulls woman’s arm’

Police are appealing for information after a man pulled at a woman’s arm in the early hours in Penrith.

The incident occurred in the cut between Pategill Road and Carleton Avenue on August 1 between 12.30am and 1.30am.

The man caused no injury.

He is described as 5ft 8in of medium build, with short black hair and was wearing dark denim jeans, black jacket and carrying a rusk sack with a motif on.
