
Police have charged a man with offences in relation to the supply of class A drugs and human trafficking as part of the ongoing action to tackle suspected county lines activity in Barrow.
Yacine Djalti of Whitney Road, Liverpool, is also charged with offences of criminal damage, possession of a bladed article and a racially aggravated public order offence.
Djalti appeared at Furness and District Magistrates’ court yesterday.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Preston Crown Court on September 10.
A teenager was also safeguarded during the operation.
