
The coastguard was called to rescue a dog after it fell from the dockside.
Furness Coastguard was called to the Port of Barrow, close to The Dock Museum, at 8.14pm on September 28.
They had received reports of a dog falling off the dockside close to the museum.
Once on scene, the coastguard team provided safety cover while Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service deployed a member of their team down a ladder to recover the dog.
