Police are probing a racially aggravated public order offence in Cockermouth.
The incident involved a man and two males on bicycles, aged about 15 years old, at 9.45pm on September 19 on Bitterbeck car park on Market Street.
Police are looking for witnesses that can assist us with inquiries.
