Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Wigton earlier this month.
Officers say they are following new lines of enquiry into the incident, which happened outside the Spar on King Street, at 6.45pm on Wednesday, October 6.
The incident involved two men; one of the men has pushed the other man over causing him to fall to the floor and assaulted him to the leg.
A 39-year-old man suffered soreness to his back due to the assault.
The other man is described as in his late teens/early 20s with blond hair, wearing a blue Barbour quilted jacket and white trainers.
